What is The FORGE?

The Forge and The 90 are deeply connected, working hand-in-hand to strengthen both body and spirit while building community.

 

The Forge serves as the wellness arm of The 90, offering yoga, fitness, and movement-based programs that promote resilience, healing, and personal growth. These classes not only provide physical benefits but also align with The 90’s mission to support veterans, families, and the greater community through holistic well-being.

 

Together, The Forge and The 90 create a space where individuals can come as they are, find support, and grow stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through connection and shared purpose.

Yoga

Find balance, strength, and calm through mindful movement and breath-work. Our yoga classes are designed for all levels, helping you build flexibility, reduce stress, and ground your mind and body.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

Push your limits with fast-paced, high-energy workouts that combine cardio and strength. Perfect for burning calories, boosting endurance, and building mental toughness in a supportive environment.

Pilates

Focus on core strength, stability, and controlled movement. Pilates at The Forge helps improve posture, flexibility, and total-body strength while reducing the risk of injury.

Boot Camp

Challenge yourself with dynamic, full-body workouts that mix strength, conditioning, and endurance training. Boot Camp is designed to test your limits and leave you feeling strong, capable, and accomplished.

Strength Training

Build muscle, increase power, and improve overall fitness through guided strength-based workouts. Our approach focuses on safe, effective training that supports all fitness levels.

Baby & Me

A welcoming space for parents and caregivers to bond with their little ones while moving, stretching, and strengthening. These classes focus on gentle fitness, connection, and community support.

Kids Yoga

Introduce your children to mindfulness, movement, and fun! Kids Yoga builds strength, flexibility, and confidence while teaching focus, relaxation, and healthy coping skills.
